Responsibilities:

• • Liaison between Project Manager and Project Team to coordinate and facilitate study and design phase project deliverables to meet project schedules and milestones.
  • Work with Project Manager on specification preparation and collaboration and formatting of custom reports and other specific client deliverables.       
  • Participate in internal project kick off and coordination meetings.
  • Assemble and maintain internal and client requested documentation to be filed appropriately and catalogued for client and internal use on appropriate servers.

  • Coordinate with Accounting to set up project files for PM.
  • Assist CA Administrator in processing incoming RFI’s, Drawing Submittals, and change requests – distribute to internal team, follow-up, document and respond to appropriate external parties.
  • Monitor office operations and support staff for in-office work
    • Organize and supervise team events
    • Order and stock office supplies
    • Schedule and supervise vendors/contractors for maintenance/repairs
    • Provide administrative support for senior leadership

Qualifications:

• • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preference for previous Project Coordinator Experience.   
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word  
  • Knowledge of additional Microsoft Office products, (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)                        
  • Knowledge of Construction Industry preferred.
  • Experience with Procore and Bluebeam Studio Revu preferred.
